I never noticed how much TMR saga is filled with totems. 1) Photo of George. 2) Wooden statue made by Chuck. 3) Newt's necklace. 4) Lawrence's flowers. The books don't talk about them, but in the movies we do see these totems. Brenda mentions that hope killed more people than the scortch and the flare combined, while Lawrence tries to convince us he's a businessman. What do we see in the movie? Brenda risks her (and Thomas') life just to get her totem; Lawrence has his own flowers underground, and remember, he lives in a world without water, destroyed by solar flares. Newt gives the letter to Thomas when he was enough confident he wouldn't make it. Chuck gives his statue to Thomas. All these totems remind us that humanity needs them to find a reason to fight. Hope is the last thing we have when everything else is destroyed, dead and beyond salvation. Hope didn't kill most of the people in the world, it saved them all.

1:28 is so subtle but so GOOD -- Maryse is the one being left before she's the one that leaves, even if in the beginning all we're shown is her absence. She's so, so vulnerable when she isn't the one in control -- and that vulnerability is what makes her *better* in the end. Robert leaves. The Clave exiles her. Her children are the ones that stay, and she becomes the person they always needed her to be without the demand of perfection from either side. I just love Maryse's development so much, and your video absolutely captures the complexities of her -- amazing work.

I believe the Belter represent the remnant of humanity living in exile from planetary body and hiding themself in space throught station complexe and that they roam the space for ressources. Not sure of their number in the futur but I guess this could be remote viewed since time does not seem to be a limitng factor in remote viewing proving at the same time that everything is connected Past , Present and Futur in an interwined loop. It's not hard to fathom the idea the Universe counsciousness itself exist outside the boundary of time itself and can see the many lines and where they converge. Intellect and Counsciousness come in many size , shape , geometry and state. I'm not even sure there is a limit to the kind of counsciousness that may exist around us and permeate this realy from other dimension that we have began to search and understand through the field known as String Theory. But who know maybe there is no absolute limit to the number of dimension hence an infinity on intellect and maybe that the Ultimate form of counscious could be Fractal itself repeating itself in infinity and reaching a level of counsciousness that even the super intellect that may represent the Overmind or what ever we may call this incapable of understanding what it is. I cannot define it myself I just know that there is something there looking over everything and acting , guiding us without limiting our free will and freedom. A force that seek balance and opose in some way entropy and the finality of the universe itself.

I discovered something really cool about Andor (one of my all time favourite shows) a few weeks ago. I work in a place called Bourne End in Buckinghamshire, UK. A few years ago and just a short distance down the road and on my route to work I passed by many tents, cabins and trailers in a field, clearly some kind of filming taking place, but no idea what it was at the time. I wish I had known however, because I was driving right past the huge Ferrix set, which was hidden just beyond the trailers by a small woodland. I specialise in gaining access to hidden and secretive locations to create artistic photography (Forgotten Heritage if interested), I would love to have tried to get some shots from the outskirts of Rix Road.
